In the manor house kitchen it is the old Polish way. To the brim, aromatic, top quality and homely. We serve breakfast every morning, then it’s time for an exquisite lunch and dinner. Everything is elegantly served on beautiful porcelain. We try to agree on the menu with our guests each time, so that everything suits you and is personalised.
All meals in our court kitchen are cooked by the irreplaceable Mrs Elisabeth. Nobody makes bigos like her. The best recommendation is our recent guest Magda Gessler, who was delighted with the Gogolevian flavours. She shared with us her patents and secrets for the best Polish recipes.
